Outreach Program in Capiz, Philippines

The Decena Foundation once again distributed aid in the form of food packages to more than twenty people in Purok 4 Palale Barangay Sto. Niño, Dumalag, Capiz. The beneficiaries were overjoyed and grateful, thanks to our volunteers and donors who made this outreach possible.
